KSW Construction Corporation has partnered again to be the contractor of choice for a new 250-acre business park development in Verona on the corners of HWY PB and HWY M. This is the second commercial retail building that has been completed in this business mission. This 28,000 square foot multi-tenant structure was built from the ground up in just 24 weeks. Distributed into several spaces including the new home of Zerorez, it also features a loading dock and a lot of sunny space for lease! In future expansions you can expect to see an upmarket hotel with full banquet facility, multiple tasty eateries and much more!
