Commercial Project
Superintendent
Job duties include effectively and professionally manage the day-to-day activities and operations on the construction project.
Understands all contractors’ scopes of work and maintains schedules and quality standards. Monitors contractor compliance with project safety requirements.
Performs project close-out and ensures punch list is completed in a timely manner and to the client’s satisfaction.
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a field project superintendent / lead foreman role and have great communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer knowledge, strong organization with multi-tasking and leadership skills is a MUST! We offer Excellent pay, health/dental/life insurance/ 401k, company apparel program, vacation pay, (6 days) holiday pay, company vehicle, gas card, needed electronics, and more!

Carpenters
KSW Construction, located in Verona, WI is looking for an experienced carpenters. Detail orientated and strong communication is a plus! Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license along with a strong work ethic!
We are growing, expanding, have a steady & consistent work load and looking to add to our team.
