KSW Construction has recently completed the multi-tenant retail center known as Austin Marketplace. The project involved the renovation of an existing 60,000 sqft building and converting it into five separate tenant spaces for Marshalls, Five Below, Pet Supplies Plus, Maurices and Shoe Sensation. The exterior of the building has signage for each tenant, sconce lighting, multiple parking spots and a fresh new pylon sign to show off the renovated mall!
