Allen Recker - Sr. Project Manager

Allen Recker is the Director of Painting at KSW, bringing more than 30 years of residential and commercial painting experience. He values the family-focused culture of the company and takes pride in working alongside a close-knit team. Outside of work, Allen enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and playing soccer.

Gabe Schrader - Project Manager

Gabe Schrader is a Project Manager with five years of residential and commercial project management experience, supported by three years as a building inspector. He brings a strong eye for detail, practical field knowledge, and a commitment to delivering quality work. Gabe is proud to work with KSW, a family-oriented construction company whose values align closely with his own. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, boating, and sports.

Mike Graper - Project Manager

Mike Graper has 40 years of extensive construction expertise, managing complex projects from insurance restoration to new commercial builds. Since joining KSW in January 2023, he has loved the supportive, family-oriented company culture that promotes professional growth and strong team collaboration. In his free time, Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, and downhill skiing with his family.

Cliff O'Connor - Project Manager

Cliff O’Connor has been a dedicated member of the KSW Construction team for over 20 years. He began his career in construction as a field laborer and, through hard work and leadership, advanced to his current role as Senior Project Manager.
Throughout his tenure, Cliff has demonstrated strong project management skills,
a commitment to quality, and a deep understanding of the construction process
from the ground up. Outside of work, Cliff enjoys spending time
outdoors—whether hunting, fishing, or snowmobiling—and cherishes his time with
family, especially in his favorite role as a proud grandpa.

Mike Price - Controller / Owner

Mike Price is Controller for KSW Construction. He has five years’ experience as a controller in the construction industry and worked as a commercial banker prior to that. He has a master’s degree in finance from the University of Utah and bachelor’s degrees in accounting and in finance with a minor in Spanish from Westminster College in Salt Lake City. As an accountant, he has worked on over 1,000 projects. As a banker he underwrote and produced loans for small business owners through the Small Business Administration (SBA) program.  

Zach Slaby - Project Manager / Owner

Zach has served as a Lead Project Manager at KSW Construction for the past two years. He brings over four years of hands-on experience as a carpenter, complemented by two years in contract administration and one year as an Assistant Project Manager. Zach has successfully advanced from managing smaller projects to overseeing ground-up projects. He holds an OSHA 30 certification, reflecting his commitment to safety and compliance. Beyond his professional life, Zach is deeply passionate about volunteering in his community and helping others envision a brighter future. He also enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as attending sporting events, hiking, working on personal home projects, and traveling to any beach destinations with good friends and tasty cocktails.

Kaine McNett - Project Manager / Owner

Kaine McNett grew up in Freeport IL, and graduated as a Freeport Pretzel before earning his associates degree from Highland Community College. He went on to complete his bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management a the University of Wisconsin- Platteville in 2019.Kaine began his career with KSW Construction during his senior year of college, starting as an assistant project manager and working his way up to project manager. He now oversees construction operations for KSW, bringing a strong technical foundation and a lifelong passion for building. His interest in construction began at a young age, helping his dad with house flips and learning hands-on methods that still influence his approach today. Outside of work, Kaine enjoys spending summer days on the lake and spending quality time with his family.
