Job duties include effectively and professionally manage the day-to-day activities and operations on the construction project. Understands all contractors’ scopes of work and maintains schedules and quality standards. Monitors contractor compliance with project safety requirements. Performs project close-out and ensures punch list is completed in a timely manner and to the client’s satisfaction. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a field project superintendent / lead foreman role and have great communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer knowledge, strong organization with multi-tasking and leadership skills is a MUST!
