KSW Construction Company opened its doors in 2005, with the ambitious goal to start a different kind of commercial construction company. Our vision was to create a company based upon efficient service, reasonable pricing, and quality workmanship. KSW’s goal is to focus on an individual’s needs, wants, and expectations. Instead of building fast, low-quality, projects, KSW focuses to complete each project with a high-quality, budget friendly, and time managed mindset.

As a family owned and operated company, we believe that family comes first, which is why we treat our employees and our clients as family. It is for this reason, in just 16 short years of business, KSW has grown into one of the top leading commercial contractors in Dane County and the surrounding area.
