Rise at Riverfront Crossing has broken ground on a massive luxury student housing complex and hotel. In hopes of filling all the units before construction was completed, Rise needed a leasing included a model apartment to showcase just a few of the amenities that will be offered. KSW Construction teamed with CA Ventures to complete this project. The office space was demoed from its previous use and remodeled to fit the current needs for Rise. Deciding to keep the original brick walls and copper ceilings in the front office added great charm to the space. The front of the office has leasing stations set up for agents to assist students. The model apartment showcases a 1 bedroom/1 bath unit with luxury amenities. The kitchen and bathroom have solid surface countertops with custom hardwood cabinets and luxury vinyl flooring throughout. This is not your average student housing, space will fill up fast!
