KSW Construction joined with the owners of Fred Astaire Dance Studio to create a dazzling new studio. The project started with a complete demo, of the existing space. KSW worked hard with the owner to satisfy all the custom details the owner desired. A large 2nd story mezzanine was built overlooking the dance floor & will be utilized for costume storage. The open & exposed ceiling atop the dance floor flaunts huge fabric wrapped hanging clouds and 42” round pendant lights. The all new solid wood dance floor boasts an advantageous 40’ mirrored wall perfect for observing dance. The studio continues on to restrooms, break room & offices with sliding barn doors. Working with the owners to complete this unique space with many customized builds was a great delight.
