KSW Construction partnered with the Town of Conover to build their very own town Park Pavilion! The wood framed structure includes plumbing, electrical, and heating. The exterior consists of metal roofing and siding as well as a concrete slab for a picnic area. The interior holds an assembly area and features two restrooms, a warming kitchen for concessions, and a utility and furnace room.
