KSW Construction Corporation is looking for an experienced Commercial Project Superintendent. Job duties include effectively and professionally managing day-to-day activities on the construction project. Understands all contactors' scopes of work and maintains schedules and quality standards. Monitors contractor compliance with project safety program requirements. Perform close-out and ensures punch list is completed in a timely manner and to client satisfaction.
Must have 2+ years’ experience and have great communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer knowledge, strong organization with multi-tasking and leadership skills is a PLUS!
