This redevelopment project consisted of the demolition of the old Barber Bay restaurant and bar to create a new, two-story, controlled environment personal storage rental facility. The facility is strategically located between McFarland and Stoughton along Highway 51 and is in close proximity to many lake properties for the ultimate convenience. The building includes a rental office and 342 storage units of various sizes. The development preserved many mature trees and added many new trees and plantings to the site as well as a prairie restoration.
