Established in 1981 as a cookie bakery, Oakhouse Bakery has become a staple business for many of Madison’s locals. Moving forward to 2018, it was time for an expansion. KSW added a 30,000 sq ft addition to the already 25,000 sq ft bakery. The 30,000 sq ft was divided into multiple staging areas using metal stud framing and steal liner panel from floor to ceiling. The exterior finishes on the addition are comprised of 4” split-face masonry block were used to coordinate with the existing building exterior. While at the same time removing the weathered existing metal siding to match the siding on the addition.
