At this point, you, the architect and engineer, along with our team of contractors work together. We explore your proposed budget to get an idea of what we can accomplish. If you're planning on leasing, we'll need to get an idea of the total space being used by both your company and any tenants. We'll try to incorporate as much of your wish list as we can while still sticking to the budget.

Going Through the Bidding Process

Here's where we find out if the project is feasible as outlined in the planning stage. While our early involvement will most likely mean we'll see figures in line with our (and your) expectations. If any revisions are needed, we walk clients through the process to ensure none of the changes negatively impact the project objectives.

This is where all of the planning really shows. The KSW Construction team monitors every step of the construction and keeps you, our client, informed of the project's progress.
